The CWS Foundation and the 2023 CWS Family Trust are separate, and they are meant to work side by side.
The trust
The trust was created in 2023 and named for Clyde W. Snyder. It is the family’s long-term owner of what has been built, and it carries forward what Clyde valued most: family that stays close, time spent together and doing good for others.
The 2023 CWS Family Trust has committed annual, ongoing funding beginning in 2028.

The foundation is a planned nonprofit set up by Clyde’s grandchildren. Its mission, its priorities and its votes belong to them, not to the trust.
Until it is formed, cws.foundation explains the plan and the process. When there is more to share, it will be shared here.
